One spring day, my dad Keith was roasting coffee in our backyard with a camp stove and a manual roaster. He'd been perfecting his coffee roasting for years, to the point where I found traditional store-bought coffee just couldn't compare.
This sparked an idea to not only bring my family closer through a shared activity but also to start a business based on our shared appreciation for high-quality coffee. Thus, KeithCoffee was born.
I said to him, "Dad, I've got it. Let's share your amazing coffee with others." That was the beginning. We needed a commercial roasting machine and the right equipment for bagging and labeling. Moreover, commercial roasting is a whole different ballgame compared to doing it manually on a camp stove, requiring us to learn a whole new set of skills.
But here we are, thrilled to introduce KeithCoffee to you. It's an honor to be a part of your special occasions, offering a product that continues to bring joy long after the event has passed.
The KeithCoffee team includes my father Keith, my mother Pat, my wife Liz, and myself, Austin. We're closely knit. I also have a sister, Kayla, and two brothers, Brandon and Remington. Despite living a bit far from each other, we often get together.
Our love for activity runs deep. Growing up, we were always into sports, lifting weights, and generally staying active, fostering a healthy sense of competition among us. This not only strengthened our bonds but also aligned us on a lifestyle that, as adults, allows us to travel and enjoy similar activities together.
